Web Brand Manager

Scope

Consult has collaborated with a globally renowned leader in the field of Radio-Frequency (RF) solutions for the aesthetic market ad is known in the world for its scientific research performed in the last 35 years.

We at Consult are therefore recruiting on behalf of this establishment and are on the search for a data-orientated, web optimization expert to get under the skin of our vast global business and help bring life and cohesion to its digital strategy, infrastructure and multilingual websites properties.

It's a role that will continue to evolve, so you'll be comfortable dealing with change and transformation and responsible for applying best practices in search (SEO/SEA), user experience and conversion optimization to build intuitive and performance-led customer journeys as a key member of the global digital team.

Lastly, this role will be based in Europe or the Middle East.

Responsibilities

  • User centric design and journey including audience / industry variations of the ecosystem
  • Partner with global marketing team members to help achieve discoverability through SEO, including traffic growth targets and a complete SEO strategy across page health, content, and all aspects of SEO
  • Act as the focal person responsible for infrastructure in global web/digital projects to ensure corporate website architecture, translation and investment decision are well aligned to business priorities and needs.
  • Implement SEO best practices and related content management techniques to website content and landing pages.
  • Develop content checklists and benchmark performance.
  • Monitor and report SEO performance as well keeping organization aware of activities causing variances
  • Liaise and partner closely with the global performance marketing team on paid channels and key growth programs.
  • Be able to make data driven optimizations and decisions based on performance (in partnership with Analytics practice)
  • Manage production of assets, emails, web pages, and variations of content for each region
  • Conduct industry research, competitive landscape information, new tools, and digital developments
  • Drive continuous improvement of website performance based on a documented digital customer journey
  • Ensure public sites, landing pages, and blogs are accurate, indexed as appropriate, tracked in Google Analytics and on target for upgrades
  • Assess digital content requests from a web perspective and recommend enhancements or landing page additions to support key initiatives.
  • Contribute creative ideas on how to leverage digital media to help optimize and achieve business objectives
  • Manage third-party listings (e.g. Google Business) to increase accuracy and visibility
  • Manage HubSpot (CRM), Sales Enablement tools and customer feedback channels.

About You

  • 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing or agency equivalent. MedTech or pharma experience is a big plus.
  • Proven track record building and optimizing web infrastructure for B2B enterprise businesses that include ecommerce.
  • Ability to proactively communicate and problem solve with global colleagues digital business needs
  • Thrives working in a fast paced, outcome driven, hands on environment
  • Experience working for/with multinational corporations in a digital web role
  • Strong judgement, eye for detail, curiosity & innovative thinking
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management and communication skills, process oriented
  • Must be able to work in agile marketing model and possess creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience & certifications in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Hot Jar, User Testing, Tableau, Ahrefs, SemRush, Power BI or Google Data Studio.
  • Should have strong working experience of managing WordPress and Magento deployments with basic programming knowledge PHP/MySQL
