The Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving sales and services to new and existing customers while maximizing customer value and satisfaction by aligning complex product solutions and services with customer initiatives.
Due to the complexity of the sales cycle and highly regulated radiopharmaceutical industry, this role requires an enhanced approach to strategic selling, contract negotiation and people leadership. It is critical this leader provide the necessary resources to elevate the team during complex market changes, ensuring the division achieves their next level of excellence and growth. This position will lead a team of seven direct reports and 60 indirect reports.
This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations and Business Development; due to the travel associated with the role, this individual can reside anywhere in the United States with convenient access to a major, national airport.
