Working as a specialist responsible for activating new customers and integrating the digital platform in general dental practices. You will play a fundamental role in the integration of scanners, digital solutions for dental practices and clear aligners. You will form a link of a multi-professional team to provide specialised support to this group of customers. You show their customers passion, enthusiasm and expertise for digital dentistry, products and their possibilities.


  • Supporting the client in the activation phase from a commercial, clinical and technological point of view
  • Support the educational pathway and practice development, including the delivery of events and other initiatives aimed at practice integration, digitisation and commercial activation of the business' digital platform.
  • Technical onboarding of customers for newly acquired intraoral scanners.
  • Building relationships with new customers in the general dentistry sector and within key account projects.
  • Responsibility for executive work with new customers and key accounts for multiple sales territories
  • Forced use of digital tools for customer care, as well as field sales work
  • Main contact person of the multi-professional sales team for the support of new customers and digital processes, as well as the main responsible support of this customer group
  • Regular interaction and communication with all relevant functions
  • Promote digital evolution initiatives in the practice
  • Assist in marketing the product portfolio as a clear differentiator from the competition
  • Direct reporting to the responsible Area Sales Manager

About You

  • A completed Bachelor's degree or a completed apprenticeship in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in technical, product-related or commercial roles, preferably in the dental industry desirable.
  • Project-oriented / project-driven background with hands on mentality an advantage
  • Strong customer orientation in the context of business strategy development
  • Effective problem solving and consulting skills
  • A goal-oriented person with an understanding of business management issues
  • Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced presentation and negotiation skills
  • Native German language skills as well as a good command of English
  • Familiar with the use of digital tools
  • Class B driving licence or equivalent
