With the attention of the global market – this organisation continue to forge their reputation as pioneers for the fashion-conscious.

Due to continuous market growth, my client are now seeking a conscientious, driven and knowledgeable Optical Sales Professional to join the high-performing team as a Territory Sales Manager, largely working with independent businesses throughout Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland.

Responsibilities

Drive net sales, profit and company/brand penetration and awareness.

Establish and grow beneficial and profitable business relationships with key opticians within your defined territory.

Create and execute strategic sales growth plans, that expand your customer base and gets more of the product into more people’s hands.

Work with existing and potential customers to grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs and offering solutions that meet these requirements, virtually and in person.

Proactively manage your sales pipeline.

Improve profitability by customers and product mix optimization (upselling).

Negotiate sales and bonus agreements with customers to expand and grow your sales, as well as theirs.

Expand company success within the defined territory.

About You

3 – 5 + Years commercial experience with strong background in new business development.

Background in lens/eyewear categories/equipment sales essential.

Outstanding influencing and communication skills.

Highly driven and proactive individual with solid sales background.

Trained in selling skills and commercial/value - based sales techniques.

Able to quickly gain a strong understanding of the client marketplace, including competitor products and activities.

Highly self - motivated and target driven – consistently operating with drive and a sense of urgency.

Degree calibre or equivalent
