Territory Manager – Theatre Solutions

Scope

Opportunity for a high-calibre sales professional to work with a global leader operating across Healthcare, Science and Technology.

You will join a fast-growing Theatre Solutions team to help deliver fast, agile, best-in-class service to a diverse customer base.

With our client being a global matrix organisation, they can offer multiple progression pathways for you internally and offer true support in your professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving account-level sales and penetration objectives.
  • Driving utilization of the product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives.
  • Developing and managing favourable relationships with key decision makers (Surgeons, Theatre Managers, Theatre Nurses and other related HCPs)
  • Improving knowledge and providing clinical training and education to customers.
  • Participating in customer events (congress, workshops, etc...), when required.
  • Developing a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage.

About You

  • Proven sales experience is essential
  • Medical or clinical background preferred but not essential
  • Science/Business/Clinical Degree or equivalent required
  • Motivated to improve the health and wellbeing of others
  • Excellent presentation and education skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to deal effectively in all business relationships while projecting a positive image of the company
  • Ability to work across cross functional teams
  • Solution oriented
