Territory Manager - Surgical Energy



This is an opportunity for you to join a global organisation with a long-standing reputation for providing innovative world leading technology in multiple areas of surgical medical devices.

This post is responsible for establishing direct sales of the medical/surgical product range on their territory. The role involves demonstrating medical/surgical equipment to clinical staff within hospitals, carrying out meetings with business and procurement managers with a view to growing market share for their portfolio as well as providing after sales support.


  • Managing the sales opportunities within your territory through to successful completion using ISP
  • Accurate & regular forecasting of sales opportunities.
  • Professionally represent the organisation at face to face/virtual exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings
  • Deliver post sales training, commissioning and support for new and existing customers across product portfolio.
  • Develop and deliver customer sales presentations in conjunction with customer requirements and communicate Olympus solutions & value propositions
  • Ensure diary is managed effectively to maximise customer interactions & manage sales activities through the effective use of CRM.
  • Manage the clinical activity within an endoscopy/ theatre environments inclusive of on patient demonstrations, product demonstrations, product presentations, and clinical face to face and virtual meetings.
  • Proactively use the Integrated Sales Process & relevant selling techniques to progress opportunities
  • A robust understanding of the product portfolio within the business unit.

About You

  • Medical Device sales experience
  • experience bringing on new clients as well as managing existing accounts
  • Working closely with clinical professionals to demonstrate products
  • Scientific or business related degree is preferable
  • Ability to deal effectively in all business relationships while projecting a positive image of the company
  • Demonstrates a solutions based style of selling
