Scope

We are an established and fast-growing dental implant manufacturer with office and field sales teams. This role will be working in the field and will be directly dealing face to face with clients. The job requires a very high level of motivation, drive, flexibility and responsiveness, as well as excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization with the ability to manage their diary and cope with a heavy workload. Customer services skills are a key factor to this job role.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing and developing relationships with existing and potential new clients
  • Lead generation through cold calling, Sales Navigator and events
  • Attending study clubs / courses in the evening and weekends (notice will be given and time given back in lieu)
  • Follow up on leads through field visits, phone calls and emails
  • Managing own diary to effectively utilise time and maximise sales
  • Offer exceptional customer service to clients
  • Develop an understanding of the biology and physiology related to dental implants through training and self-study
  • Train and educate clients on Guided Surgery and CAD/CAM solutions
  • Demonstrate the implant system and its key features and benefits
  • Ability to create bespoke solutions based on customer needs
  • Troubleshooting with dental professionals and dental laboratories should they have any issues
  • Attending and supporting dental surgeries for new users of the system
  • Work flexibly to attend meetings at times to suit clients
  • Constant use and development of Sales and Reporting tools provided by the company

About You

  • Ideal candidate should have dental or medical sales experience
  • Sales experience with record of accomplishment of sales success
  • Experience of working as part of a team and the ability to co-operate with other team members to make a significant contribution
  • Enjoy good working relationships with individuals in customer, supplier and other organisations you meet
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to take on and process technical and scientific information
  • Ability to work flexibly to achieve sales targets
  • Possess excellent IT systems knowledge in Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint, CRM, BI.
  • A confident self-starter, someone who is highly motivated and capable of managing their own workload to get the job done
  • Clean UK Driving license
  • Own vehicle (car allowance paid to cover costs)
