Territory Manager - Ruminant

Scope

An opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to join one of the world’s leading veterinary pharmaceutical companies and take the lead on selling the full range of products for the ruminant function of the UK business.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules appointments, meeting with critical account staff, makes sales presentations, closes on business and takes orders.
  • Responsible for all business activities in an assigned territory, including an expectation of holding evening events throughout the year.
  • Interacts with veterinarians and key decision makers within Ruminant veterinary clinics.
  • Identifies customer needs and provides solutions to meet those needs.
  • Builds relationships and partnerships with relevant clinic staff, including veterinarians, veterinary technicians, practice managers, front-office staff and others.
  • Completion of expense and territory reports

About You

  • A minimum of 1 year Animal Health Sales experience – in Ruminant sector.
  • Basic understanding of the animal pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of Veterinary practices
  • Preferred NCAH/AMTRA qualified
