Territory Manager

Consult are delighted to be working alongside one of the best performing hearing care providers in the UK. With Clinical Professionals delivering consistent, high-quality care in a mix of domiciliary and practice-based environments, they are looking for an experienced people manager to take on a Territory Manager Role with them in North & West London.

This is a hands-on role, with 80% of working week spent leading, coaching, and developing all line reports. Attending daily branch meetings, auditing, and ensuring the brand is represented to its fullest every day, this role requires someone that has experience of management within a geographical area, ideally within the healthcare market

• Deliver consistent development, feedback and coaching to all line reports
• Ensure all relevant employees have access to the required training and identify specific areas of improvement
• Develop employees in line with company values and objectives
• Take an active role in performance management processes
• Working closely with Area Managers and Regional HR teams
• Empower and support teams to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner

• Previous people management experience is essential
• KPI management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong IT skills
• Organised and comfortable working autonomously
