Scope

A renowned and reputable leading European manufacturer within the oral health sector, are looking to expand their team in the South East. This opportunity will allow you to work in commercial dentistry in both NHS and Private Practices. Furthering your own personal development and acquiring knowledge along the way. Working alongside a friendly and supportive team in a fun and driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the territory which involves visiting 8 dental practices a day, seeing 4 key contacts a day and delivering lunch time presentations.
  • Exceed and grow business by hitting targets which are in place on a quarterly basis. This includes sales target, new account target & lunch & learn target.
  • Attend and deliver education at evening meetings, regional meetings, national & international exhibitions (this may mean time away from home and weekend work).
  • Responsible for seeing key opinion leaders within dental hospital and HA environment developing recommendation & endorsement for our extensive portfolio.
  • Responsible for the development of territory business plan to include classification of practices and the development of key opinion leaders to ensure recommendation, endorsement and sales growth.
  • Attend national sales meetings on a quarterly basis with an overnight stay.
  • Journey plan their complete territory to ensure full coverage and optimum results are achieved.
  • Complete administration in a neat and timely manner.
  • Take delivery every month of stock allowance.

About You

  • Ideally you will have dental sales experience or worked in a clinical dental capacity within practice and looking to move into a commercial role
  • You must be warm, personable and have strong communication skills
  • Experience working in a customer facing environment is an advantage
  • Good clinical dental knowledge preferred
  • Driven, self-motivated and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a friendly team
