Territory Sales Representative

This is an opportunity for you to join a high growth dental company working as a Territory Development Sales Representative for the European direct markets. The responsibilities of this position are divided between inside sales, qualifying marketing generated leads, and field sales support. Successful and motivated team members will have the opportunity to develop into field sales representatives.

• Qualify inbound Marketing leads via Microsoft Dynamics CRM and set quality appointments for Field Sales Reps to achieve daily & monthly targets
• Consistently log each customer touchpoint in CRM for traceability
• Report out on KPIs during daily management with the Marketing team
• Maintain open communication with field sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads from Marketing to Sales
• Meet daily, monthly and quarterly sales appointment targets in accordance with overall Marketing goals
• Maintain a high level of conversion rate from lead to appointment
• Learn to sell, take custom measurements, and service the company product line of custom loupes and headlights
• Attend, support, and sell at trade shows, school fittings and continuing education events

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Motivation to consistently meet daily, weekly, monthly targets to achieve plan and commissions
• Ability to collaborate and maintain strong relationships within marketing, sales and external business partners and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word
• 30% travel, primarily to schools, tradeshows, continuing education courses in the UK
• Bachelor’s degree required
• One-year sales experience (inside sales or field)
• Valid Driver’s License required
