Responsibilities

Developing a plan to achieve target in their region, to include:

  • Where opportunities will be identified
  • Developing account plans where appropriate
  • Working with company support functions to ensure any client requirements are met
  • Maintaining and retaining the account through excellent client management and customer service skills
  • Managing any new opportunity within the account
  • Create a pipeline of opportunities that reflect and support the individual’s target.
  • Drive those opportunities through the pipeline to closure.
  • Meet agreed KPI’s designed to support the win strategy

About You

  • NHS Sales Experience Essential – Clinical or Non-Clinical sales directly into NHS Secondary Care Hospitals
  • 5 years solution sales account management into healthcare and Local Government
  • Knowledge of government procurement regulations and practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent presentational and negotiation skills
  • Technically savvy
  • Proven ability to open new business
  • Collaborative style and able to work across teams and structures
