Due to the rapid growth of the business, we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Technical Support team in Brussels.

Providing technical support on products is your primary responsibility as a Technical Support Specialist. You will analyze and solve problems presented by customers and engage the relevant expertise when necessary. Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer support & experience to end-users for both technical and application issues
  • Gather all information required that will assist in root cause analysis to ensure customer uptime
  • Participate in continuous improvement on our processes & service delivery
  • Take ownership to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Willing to become a recognized and trusted expert in Hologic products
  • While remaining compliant, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on advanced products and own next actions

About You

  • Fluent verbal and written French and English skills are essential together with a very good level of Spanish & German.
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Pro-active and Solution-oriented
  • Adaptability in a fast pace growing and changing environment
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently, with a sense of initiative and a hands-on approach
  • Having biomedical, clinical background is desirable but not essential
