Technical Lead - Veterinary FPA

Progressive opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon with commercial industry experience to become a key technical contributor both within this reputable animal health company and across the whole FPA veterinary sector. You will provide knowledge, expertise and solutions to ensure that you and the company continue to be recognised as a credible long-term strategic partner to key stakeholders within this industry.

• To provide veterinary industry experiential, knowledge and technical expertise internally, and at customer and wider industry level.
• To be recognised as a credible long term strategic partner to key stakeholders including vet practice customers, key accounts, key opinion leaders, processors and associated industry bodies.
• Supporting FPA business unit performance and delivering an industry-leading customer experience.
• Develop robust, collaborative relationships across all business functions with the aim of delivering on customer expectations and meeting budgetary goals and KPI’s.
• Responsible for delivering veterinary expertise and guidance to both internal stakeholders and external customers including but not limited to, veterinary practices, Key Accounts, industry bodies, key opinion leaders, milk processors & 3rd parties.

• Veterinary degree level qualification which includes testing a knowledge of farm performance.
• Qualification or significant experience with training in the manipulation or representation of data.
• Experience in the work of the veterinary sector and associated suppliers and farm clients.
• Experience in the use of farm and vet management software’s.
• Experience of the data involved in precision livestock farming and veterinary.
• Experience in the use of data manipulation tools such as MS Excel.
• Knowledge of relational databases, data warehousing, T-SQL and Data Analytics Tools - Desirable
