  • Position available due to internal promotion.
  • Hybrid role working on both remote sales and more traditional face to face sales.
  • You will be responsible for providing support, account maintenance and achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory.
  • Focusing on the smaller to mid-sized accounts, this role will promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through by customizing business proposals to grow both the client and customer’s business.
  • Personally contacts, mainly through remote contact, and secures new business accounts/customers.
  • Makes remote contact and in-person visits (when possible) presenting to both existing and prospective customers
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Works fluidly and cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Management, Accounting, Customer Services and Logistics.
  • Analyses territory potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
  • Utilisation of CRM and pipeline management software to enable identification and progress of customer interactions.
  • Keeps abreast of product innovation, technical services, market conditions, competitor activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of relevant literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.

About You

  • Previous sales experience or related experience in a sales/commercially related role in the Dental industry
  • Ability to analyse data and identify potential business solutions for customers.
  • Actively challenge customer’s perceptions with a view to presenting solutions.
  • Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships based on trust and respect
  • Demonstrated aptitude from problem-solving
  • Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.
  • Full Driver’s license
