Consult are in collaboration with $4bn Med Tech company offering products across imaging, surgical and diagnostics. Recognised as a leading innovator in women’s health care they are committed to bringing ground breaking technology to the market that allow healthcare professionals around the world to diagnose and treat their patients with confidence and certitude.

The opportunity offers the chance to become a key technical partner to surgeons across the North of Italy, as the first direct sales person for the surgical division in Italy, you will play a key role in developing the brand and market share in the region. The ideal candidate will be clinically focused with a passion for education whilst being a driven and determined go-getter, with a hunger for success and a proven track record of meeting ever increasing targets.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the understanding of the product line and its benefits/solutions to potential customers.
  • Execute professional sales process with end user customers from first contact to post-sale.
  • Support existing and potential customer base in order to facilitate sales growth and achieved yearly budget.
  • Works collaboratively to support surgical cases with local physicians and other clinicians for training and follow-up.
  • Engage in basic market development activities depending upon the needs of the assigned geography
  • Determine best methods and needs for dealing with customer complaints, troubleshooting issues, and public relations, and coordinate and liaison with other departments as necessary
  • Analyses and prepares reports

About You

  • Degree level education preferred
  • Nursing or surgical experience preferred
  • Significant proven clinical experience in surgery with emphasis on OB-GYN preferred minimum 3 years
  • Effective communication skills, including ability to interact with medical staff, Sales, Marketing and Global Franchise Leaders
  • Effective sales skills
  • Ability to work with precision, accuracy and high attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written presentation skills raining documents
  • Ability to work following strategic plan to achieve results
