Supply Planning Manager

Scope

Responsible for forecasting, streamlining costs, supplier performance and inventory management the supply chain teams provide invaluable knowledge on how to flex the business to meet requirements.

We are on the lookout for a Supply Planning Manager with a strategic view, great analytical skills, team leadership experience and desire to drive change. This is a critical role in the future development of the EMEA supply chain to support revenue growth and effectively integrate new business opportunities into the supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of 3 Supply Planners
  • Deliver excellent customer service through developing and operating processes to create optimal inventory holdings
  • Be a change agent within Planning, supporting planning integration from acquired companies, driving projects on planning automation and efficiencies
  • Partner with Commercial, Supplying Plants, Quality, Customer Service and Logistics for supporting company goals, alignment on priorities and driving efficient communication
  • Align product management and supply chain partners to ensure successful new product introduction and phase-out of discontinued products
  • Support S&OP process
  • Create and manage a set of relevant KPIs and report to monitor performance and drive improvements
  • Ensure compliance with all quality and financial responsibilities

About You

  • Prior experience in supply planning management role in FMCG, Med Device, Pharma industry
  • Experience in Demand Planning and/or Sales & Operations Planning
  • Experience implementing new business processes and driving organisational change
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with internal functions, and external strategic business partners
  • Analytical and problem solving skills including statistical analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of operations/manufacturing systems, including S&OP/MRP concepts
  • Experience with Oracle ERP and Kinaxis RR Planning software would be advantageous
