Our client is a market leader within Medical-Aesthetics Capital Equipment, that has pioneered within the industry over 25 years.

Due to the fact that this establishment is fast-growing, a new opportunity has arisen and we at Consult are now recruiting for potential candidates. Within this particular role the successful candidate would be responsible for driving, managing and maintaining local warehouse as well as logistics process. Ultimately, achieving the optimal inventory availability and support for the local sales and service/field service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Aligns demand plan for spares to execution and coordinate the monthly forecasting process by working closely with Commercial, Finance, Regulatory and Corporate/Regional Supply Chain effectively
  • Efficiently manages supply and demand driving customer excellence and smooth purchase order placing for replenishment. Availability of supplies and watches for trends in consumption to help ensure field service is well supported.
  • Plans and executes the Product Life Cycle components from Launch, Replenishment and Exit to reduce possible scrap cost.
  • Reports and reconciles inventory discrepancies monthly or as reported, according to the company policy.
  • Ensures orders are dispatched in a timely and efficient manner to meet service commitment to customers.
  • Manages and controls receipt/documents relating to logistics activities.
  • Effectively manages work processes and data in SAP.
  • Supports in extracting and analyzing system data in order to identify and recommend improvements to supply chain metrics and meeting performance standards.
  • Develops and maintains supportive, productive and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and represents the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism at all times.

About You

  • Advanced Excel and analysis skills for a Finance role;
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Negotiation and closing skills for a sales role
  • Adequate level of computer literacy (in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as virtual meeting tools such as Teams or Zoom)
  • Good command of English in speaking, writing and reading
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant knowledge and experience in supply chain, logistics and warehouse management
  • Experience using SAP
  • Experience in the medical device industry preferred
