My client is a successful global company that provides a variety of on-site Laboratory Services to major pharmaceutical companies. They now have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Management Operative


As a Stock Management Operative, you will report directly into the Stores Team Leader where you will be expected to take the responsibility for the completion of the day-to-day activities within the store operations.

  • Receiving goods at inbound
  • Management of VSR+ inventory management software
  • Preparation of orders for delivery by internal distribution
  • Portering and replenishment of goods to laboratory satellite stores and points of use around customer site
  • Portering and replenishment of goods into the manufacturing suite
  • General housekeeping activities including cleaning and stock room management
  • On site parcel distribution to the various labs using a company vehicle
  • Support with auditing activities

About You

  • Proven excellent customer service focus and ability to work collaboratively
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Proficient in various IT systems, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience working in a GMP environment to GMP procedures is essential
  • Stores/warehouse and inventory management experience
