Fantastic opportunity for a high-calibre, fully qualified Specialist Orthodontist to join a very reputed, independent Orthodontic provider at the forefront of first-class private & NHS patient care.

Our client’s network of specialist practices are continuing to see growth despite the challenges of 2020 and are looking to develop their private Orthodontic service with the security of NHS income and a new PDS contract term. Extensive waiting lists are in place and there is little competition locally with regards to private providers.

The position is open to Orthodontists seeking both full and part-time opportunities, with the scope to work within the Canterbury area also if on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

The position is well suited to a candidate seeking a long-term, full-time, stable opportunity and wishing to join an organisation who offer cutting edge facilities and systems, are forward thinking, offering a dynamic practice environment with patients at the core of their focus

The successful Orthodontist will benefit from modern surroundings, a high-performing specialist team and the opportunity of being supported in growing their own private patient list while also benefitting from an established NHS list.

3 chair custom practice equipped with iTero scanners, with support from a Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Therapist and supportive management team.

About You

  • Demonstrable clinical experience specialising in Orthodontics
  • Experience with fixed braces and ideally private treatments, such as Invisalign & Lingual.
  • Excellent, empathetic communication skills with the ability to reassure the most nervous of patients
  • GDC registered & on the specialist in Orthodontics
  • Expert on CQC and compliance


COVID-19 considerations:

All PPE and training provided by company. All surgeries have been installed with an appropriate negative pressure air-exchange system
