Scope

Our client is a MedTech Scale-up with tremendous growth and is looking for new talents to integrate their team! Consult is therefore now on the search for the perfect candidate to join this fast-growing establishment as a Solutions Specialist. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a business that is always seeking growth, innovation, quality and performance. The newly created Lab business unit aims to understand, test and validate a series of new business opportunities across the dental spectrum.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the Lab initiatives value proposition and how significantly it can change a dental/ortho practice workflow
  • Partner with customers and KOLs to understand their business objectives and critical issues
  • Segmentation of the given territory to identify the key opportunities to drive strong sales growth in new business, and reaching the full potential in all current customer base
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets, company KPIs and objectives
  • Identify, nurture relationships and partner with KOL/influential customers
  • Attend trade shows, both local and international
  • Drive local and national events, webinars, masterclasses & study clubs and bring new and innovative ways to drive peer to peer endorsement
  • Has the end responsibility of the pilot’s execution for the customers in the respective area and therefore needs to be able to influence the output of the team successfully
  • Provide feedback to management team on pilot deployment, on customer feedback and on market trends and competition
  • Full use of CRM to report activity
  • Training and support of newly acquired customers, retraining of underperforming ones, both remote online and in-practice and ensure clinical support is provided along the full customer adoption journey
  • Travel to train and support on site, as and when required
  • Proven track record of sustainably growing and upselling accounts
  • Advanced capability to handle more accounts and complex account situations

About You

  • Strong organizational skills/Discipline
  • A high level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology
  • The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers
  • Strong background in sales in the orthodontics or dental.
  • Experience and proven success in a training/education/clinical role, either having worked in a practice or from working within industry.
  • Ability to influence and provoke customers ways of thinking
  • A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach
  • Ability to sell & implement comprehensive solution
  • Native Speaker of the local language and good level of English
