The successful candidate will join a team that promotes a culture of togetherness and will be provided with the opportunity to develop internally

Your primary responsibility is to all our field based service specialists and your colleagues.
You’ll be the trusted partner towards them, by sharing your knowledge, expertise and by driving an action plan, you will together improve the time to resolution for our service specialists or help our solution specialists drive remote resolution.


  • Assists in handling the service event from the point of escalation towards solution.
  • Gathers all information required to get to the root cause to ensure customer uptime, and in turn, drive an action plan to improve resolution time to avoid future issues.
  • While remaining compliant, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on advanced products and own next actions
  • Showcasing accuracy and efficiency in your admin duties, to ensure that your documentation can be used by your colleagues to conduct further actions if needed.
  • You will own the service event to the point of resolution, should require support you engage the relevant expertise to drive that resolve for our customers.
  • By maintaining an overview of the broader picture, you escalate cases when required to further investigate with the help of global support teams (R&D, Service engineering, manufacturing, …)

About You

  • A technical or scientific background is required, preferable in a medical setting supporting Diagnostic products.
  • Fluent (both verbally and written) English skills are essential together with preferable at least one of the following languages (DE/FR/ES/NL)
  • Ability to effectively interface with service teams
  • Great training and communication skills to train and coach colleagues
  • Pro-active and Solution oriented
  • Adaptable in a fast paced, growing and changing environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause investigation
  • Able to work independently, showing initiative and a hands-on approach
