Solution Specialist – French Speaking



This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team as the business continue to expand their portfolio and add innovative new products to their existing portfolio with a Focus on the French customer base. The role of Solutions Specialist forms a key part of the Technical Division and provides 1st line Technical Customer support within Europe. In addition, maintaining a constructive relationship with the Technical team in the field, as well as other internal stakeholders, helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues to avoid disruption to end users of a range of Medical / Laboratory based equipment, while contributing to continuous improvement of our processes. The role offers huge potential to develop internally, offering fantastic ongoing training and support to become a specialist within the highly innovative product area.


You will be responsible to guide the customer into a phone fix or own the next actions. You will own a solution to the challenges presented and will engage the relevant expertise when required. Excellence would be demonstrated by outstanding customer, field, and commercial satisfaction.

  • Deliver excellent customer support & experience to end-users for both technical and application issues.
  • Gather all information required that will assist in root cause analysis to ensure customer uptime.
  • Share knowledge within the team.
  • Participate in continuous improvement on our processes & service delivery

About You

  • Fluent (both verbal and written) in English and French
  • Having biomedical background is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to effectively interface with customers (internal & external)
  • Pro-active and Solution oriented
  • Shows adaptability in a fast paced, growing and changing environment
  • Capacity to develop analytical skills
  • Able to work independently, with sense of initiative and a hands-on approach
