Scope

Extremely rare opportunity to work with a world leading manufacturer operating in the in the retail, healthcare, science and technology market.

As a Shopper Marketing Lead you’ll be responsible for leading a team of 4 Marketing Executives, driving our clients strategy in the Retail & Pharmacy channel in this B2C role including Grocer, Discount and High Street stores with a portfolio of well-known and reputed products.

We’re keen to engage with existing leaders with shopper marketing experience in FMCG, with an empathetic approach to team leadership.

Location: UK wide (home based, up to 40% travel including visits to HO in the Berkshire area when required)

Responsibilities

  • Leading role in creation and execution of the District activation strategy across Retail & Pharmacy accounts.
  • Implement first class range and promotional proposals based on a clear category management led approach that incorporates shopper insight, POS and market data.
  • Determining customer and portfolio prioritization to drive above macro growth performance.
  • Supporting EMEA brand teams in the development of the Brand marcoms programmes.
  • Creating tactics that influence the entire Shopper journey that results in a purchase.

About You

  • Undergraduate or professional diploma preferred
  • Experience in Retail Account Management or Trade Marketing
  • Strong analytical aptitude
  • FMCG Background
  • Experience in managing teams across countries
  • Curious, growth mindset
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
