Scope

Consult are working with an international, innovative family-owned company who are one of Europe’s leading Electrosurgery Manufacturers committed via research and development to deliver unique products that are clinically proven to the healthcare market. Our client are currently recruiting for an office based Service Coordinator to support the business’ continued success and growth. It is a Monday – Friday role which will be based in Morley, Leeds.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Service Department Calendar
  • Prepare Service Quotes and invoices
  • Planning Service Visits and coordinating repairs
  • Reconcile Monthly Service Stock Requests and reconcile Reps Monthly Sales Demo Lists
  • Prepare and update PAQ forms and information
  • Prepare Monthly Service Department Data
  • Maintain Demo Units for Servicing / Repairs
  • Maintain Service Units for Servicing / Repairs
  • Process Service engineers/Sales Reps Stock Requests and returns
  • Keeping up to date with company Facts information
  • Assisting to complete Tenders
  • Oversee Maintenance of Capital Installed Base
  • Organise Service Training & Prepare Documentation
  • First line service telephone support - Answer telephone as part of Customer Service Team
  • General Office Administration and House Keeping
  • Assist and Cover Admin / Stores due to Sickness or Holidays

About You

  • Previous experience of servicing medical equipment desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Good management of expenses, which must be submitted on a weekly basis.
