Senior HR Business Partner

Scope

Our client is a market leader within Medical-Aesthetics Capital Equipment, that has pioneered within the industry over 25 years. Due to the fact that this establishment is fast-growing, a new opportunity has arisen and we at Consult are now recruiting for potential candidates to join our clients team. The purpose of the role is to support the Country Managers as the strategic HR Business Partner, setting up the country business for the projected growth in the strategic business plan.

Responsibilities

  • With the country manager build effective local market teams that can drive the business forward, strengthening horizontal leadership and effective managing within the company matrix
  • Partner with relevant business stakeholders to assess organizational and talent issues; advice and support in the solution finding and execution
  • Recommend and implement appropriate org design changes as necessary, in line with global and functional frameworks
  • Coach to build leadership capability; onboard new leaders
  • Coach country manager in building an inclusive culture and strong employee engagement
  • Build strong succession plans
  • Anticipate, evaluate and plan for any people aspects in business change initiatives
  • Ensure all HR Lifecycle processes are fully embedded and leveraged to support the organization and employees (eg development planning, succession planning, performance management, HC planning)
  • Ensure best practise approach for talent attraction, development and retention
  • Select, groom and coach strong leaders
  • Deliver on the people change initiative with minimal regrettable losses & and no loss in engagement
  • Plan and execute measures to educate as well as build managerial capability and confidence to solve routine issues
  • Ensure employee & manager self-service aspects of Ceridian is fully embraced and leveraged
  • Role model HR Business partnering to the organization
  • Lead by example in establishing transparency, processes, solid decision making and crisis management when working with the business, the wider organizations and when implementing change
  • Play an active role in the International HR team, participate in best practice sharing and working in the matrix

About You

  • Bachelors degree
  • Fluency in English & local language (Korean or Japanese) OR Singaporean – speaking to Japanese or Korean (preference for Korean)
  • Need to be agile and flexible
  • Significant experience working in an international and matrixed environment
  • HR qualification desirable
  • Coaching certification of advantage
