Senior Country Manager - DACH

Scope

Consult is leading a search for a Senior Country Sales Manager (DACH) on behalf of one of the world's fastest-growing and most innovative Med-Tech organisations.

The candidate we are looking for will be a dynamic and experienced leader in a fast-paced and fluid business and have experience within a global market-leading Medical Device / MedTech organisation.

This leader will take ownership of a connected solution (hardware & software) & digital workflow, which has changed the way an industry operates and continues to develop and thrive in the dominate the global market.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the commercial development and coordination of commercial strategy, operational plan and strategic objectives
  • The ongoing development of the regional team of commercial experts
  • Alignment with GM level peers across different business units’ sales channels and 3rd party partners
  • Achievement of quarterly and yearly regional sales targets
  • Funnel management across direct and indirect channels
  • Work collaboratively with GM’s and Marketing Directors to help define and communicate the product message
  • Provide leadership in one-on-one, region, and group settings

About You

  • Strong analytical and business planning skills
  • High integrity and demonstrated leadership
  • Track record of coaching/developing Sales Representatives in capital equipment businesses
  • Experience in managing third parties’ sales
  • Ability to execute marketing plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to diverse customer audiences, in local language and English. Strong capabilities to interface effectively with all customer types
