  • Collaborate with Field Sales / Management and Commercial Excellence Management to identify and prioritize sales training and development objectives for the sales teams
  • Design a state of the art, agile training curriculum for the Product Franchise that reduces the ramp up time for the companies inside commercial teams.
  • Monitor and measure training and development programs.
  • Work with the inside teams & Management teams to establish and implement a Sales Process and messaging playbook that provides a foundation for coaching and development
  • Collaborate with Sales Training’s instructional design team to develop a blend of on-demand, live, and virtual instructor led training
  • Facilitate introductory and ongoing training to all inside teams based on the required proficiency for their role to include new hires, tenured employees, and associated meeting events.
  • Work closely with the inside related Marketing Teams to develop effective training for new sales tools, product launches, and related collateral that moves the sales process forward consistent with role function and expectation
  • Monitor and assess assigned team customer engagements for feedback and become an expert in the companies Digital Platform
  • Work with outside Sales & Marketing Management teams to facilitate collaboration, feedback, and appropriate utilization of resources
  • Collaborate with the Sales Training Operations team to create an evaluation strategy that monitors and measure training effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve the training programs by determining best modalities for training. (eLearning, On-the-job Training, Instructor led, etc.)
  • Responsible for driving all training materials, collateral and messaging through the approval process including Legal, Marketing, and Sales
  • Support training team members in cross functional initiatives by providing subject matter expertise and insights for assigned internal teams.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience or advanced degree in science or business is preferred
  • 6+ years of sales experience or experience in education/training
  • Experience in the Dental Industry preferred
  • Ability to work in the Raleigh Office / relocation required
  • Exceptional oral and written communication
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Comprehension of financial reports, document and statements
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple, conflicting tasks
  • Demonstrated leadership, especially the ability to motivate others
  • Creative, self-motivated, team player, customer focused
  • Excellent customer-centric communication skills
  • Self-starter that needs minimal supervision
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Project management skills
