Sales Support Administrator

Scope

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support/Customer Service Administrator to join a global organisation with a long-standing reputation for providing innovative world leading technology in multiple areas of medical devices. The location for this role could be mostly remote based but ideally in Belgium near Zaventem, open to this and flexible working is definitely an option.

Responsibilities

  • The role is to support the sales teams in BENELUX and Nordics with their pricing/quotations and general admin work.
  • They will support with tender preparation as well and quotation and general administrative assistants.
  • Key stakeholders will be the sales team across Benelux and Nordics as well as the customer service teams.

About You

  • Dutch (priority & fluent), French (a good level) and English language.
  • Proactive able to work independently and with autonomy, build relationships & highly organised.
  • Experience working within a commercially focused administrative position.
