Consult are proud to be working in exclusive partnership with a fast-growing Manufacturer of a specialist healthcare system, truly pushing the product boundaries within the Hearing Health and ENT space.

Due to some strong traction in the market, we are now looking to recruit a Senior Sales Manager with a successful track record selling into NHS hospitals, bridging the gap between primary and secondary care in the South East of England.

With a strong remuneration package and clear scope for career development, this is an interesting career prospect with a company that is revolutionising the delivery of Diagnostic Audiology.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, regularly monitoring your business plans to make sure you achieve this
  • Arrange appointments with Medical professionals and hospital medical teams
  • Present to Doctors, Practice staff and Nurses in GP surgeries
  • Organise trials with NHS departments and agree outcomes
  • Work within an agreed budget to maximise the sales activities and opportunities
  • Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with healthcare professionals

About You

  • Proven work experience in Medical Sales or Pharmaceuticals
  • Experience and understanding of the NHS / NHS sales cycles
  • Experience in ENT or Audiology is preferable but not essential
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
