Sales Executive

Scope

An industry leading energy brokerage are looking to expand their team with driven graduates who are wanting to step into a rapidly expanding business. A supplier to organisations across sectors from manufacturing, hospitality, retail and logistics. They have over 30 years’ experience and are at the forefront of technology backed, energy supply. The successful candidate will be given extensive training on the selling process as well as on the products and the market of the division to which they are aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales through building customer relationships
  • Delivery / ownership of a defined sales quota
  • Building relationships and selling over the phone
  • Performance against defined Key Performance Indictors
  • Regular engagement with other members of the team and senior management

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
  • Experience in a sales / commercial role is preferred but not essential
  • Self-motivated, driven and keen to succeed
  • Excels at selling on the phone, or shows the capacity to be successful in this area
  • Customer oriented and professional communication
  • Positive thinking, tenacious, driven
  • High social competence and ability to work in a team
  • Problem solving orientation
  • Challenger mindset
  • High level of resilience
