Sales E-commerce Supervisor/Manager

Our client is a market leader within Medical-Aesthetics Capital Equipment, that has pioneered within the industry over 25 years.

Due to the fact that this establishment is fast-growing, a new opportunity has arisen and we at Consult are now recruiting for potential candidates. Within this role the successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging the online platforms to manage all China e-stores daily operations, including but not limited to develop e-commence strategies, promotion strategies, manage vendors and oversee daily operations to improve both commercial results and consumer experience

• Develop and implement e-store strategies for China business to grow online presence and achieve business targets
• Develop and implement new business platform and model to optimize business performance, day to day transition/learn /recommend and evolve
• Facilitate consumer traffic from social media to e-commence platform and drive conversion to purchase; and learn how to improve the conversion rate.
• Lead and work with 3rd party to run consumer programs in e-store, relevant to overall company business focus and seasonal consumer demands
• Supervise e-store daily performance and report trending, ensure overall consistency with business strategy and operation to exceed business plan and set target.
• Provide insights to continue driving consumer satisfaction, retention and re-purchasing rate.
• Data driven analysis for business growth and specific to city strategies and focus
• Participant in sales and operation plan to predict demand and expand the right clinics with right service/equipment to fulfil consumer demands
• Coordinate with marketing team to provide the required assets for online merchandising display

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 8 – 10 years of relevant experience
• Strongly prefer to have the working experience in E-commerce and solid experience working with Alibaba T-mall or Jindong

• Expert understanding of online shopping preferences and trends in Beauty/Medical aesthetic industry
• Expert understanding of ecommerce business objectives, trends and key performance metrics
• Excellent in project management and time management.
