Regional Sales Manager

Scope

This opportunity is with a global manufacturer, specialising in both devices and full system integration within NHS and private hospitals across Cardiology Devices/Cardiac Monitoring, Vital Signs Monitoring, Blood Pressure and Thermometry Diagnostic Devices and Software

Something they are making huge advances in – They have recent signed global agreements with Apple and Microsoft which is said to revolutionize the Connected Care around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver annual sales target outlined in annual Sales Plan.
  • Collaborate with the UKI Sales Director to develop, communicate and execute annual sales and business strategy
  • Develop and maintain understanding of company products as it relates to features, functionality, pricing, warranty and any/all other attributes
  • Ensure subordinate staff are developed and maintaining complete and current knowledge of the product portfolio as it relates to features, functionality, pricing, warranties, competitive advantages, etc.
  • Develop working relationships with staff from other functions to ensure that the most effective solutions are used in coordination of the sales process, to effectively and efficiently provide a full range of support for pre and post-sale support and to enhance the effectiveness of the entire Sales function

About You

  • BS Degree or Equivalent (preferred)
  • Established record of delivering sales goals and quotas
  • Demonstrated track record of successful presentations (preparation, delivery, Q&A) to large, cross-functional and/or multi-level audiences inclusive of Sr. level executives
  • Proven capacity and ability to train, motivate, coach, manage, influence peers and direct subordinate staff and assess results through these individuals
  • 10+ years’ experience in the Medical Device industry and minimum 5+ years (preferred) sales experience managing subordinate sales staff.
  • Proven success in delivering a sales quota and managing subordinate staff to successfully deliver a sales quota
