Regional Sales Manager – Audiologist


Consult are proud to be working in exclusive partnership with a global-leading manufacturer of hearing technologies and solutions – our close client have cemented their position as an industry-leading organisation, consistently pushing product boundaries and maintain a truly innovative and global mindset.

We are now looking to recruit a Clinical Audiologist to work as a Regional Sales Manager throughout the South East region, working closely within the public channel; managing a portfolio of key hospital partners within the defined geographical space.

  • To drive new business growth, developing relationships and opportunities with a diverse set of existing customers
  • To ensure that the UK sales are developed in line with the business’ strategic goals
  • Manage and oversee all commercial aspects of the public portfolio in the South East
  • Developing effective communication/platform presentation skills in order to convincingly present company’s technology story to both to individual customers and large groups of customers
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and work in close liaison with Training team

About You

  • Qualified Audiologist – FdSc / BSc / MSc
  • NHS experience - preferable
  • Proven track record in working to and hitting targets - preferable
  • Willingness to perform and strive for success
  • Outstanding communication/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and part of a cohesive team
