Due to strong financial performance, my client is looking to expand their UK team with a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager (Territory Manager) to join the close-knit sales team in the South East region.

  • To manage and develop the selling of my clients hearing aids and accessories to the Audiology market – Independent Customer Portfolio
  • Develop and maintain marketing plans for Independent Customers
  • Identify prospective customers and opportunities
  • Effective account management and competitive negotiation
  • Attainment of company defined targets and expectations
  • Provide management with details of competitor activity and market development on a regular basis
  • To provide product training and support, fitting, fine-tuning and growing Hearing Aid Audiologist knowledge of product portfolio

About You

  • Medical and/or Healthcare sales experience preferred - selling technical products, rather than services
  • OR Audiologist with relevant private experience
  • Right commercial desire and aptitude to drive business growth
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
  • Organise the territory - plan cost-effective routing
  • Charismatic, ability to engage and build rapport with customers
  • Location – South East
