We are excited to be recruiting for a proven Regional Sales Manager to lead a diverse and collaborative team to constantly push the boundaries of what’s possible.   • Management, direction, and motivation of a team of Territory Managers, including: development of sales plans, targets, and strategies and the removal of obstacles to success.
  • Evaluation and coaching of Territory Managers – through observation during co-travel, frequent feedback and the analysis of data
  • Evaluate levels of customer, product and systems knowledge via in-field assessment
  • Achievement of quarterly and annual area sales targets/Operational Plan
  • Work with the Senior Leadership Team to set Operational plan for future periods
  • Maintain a high personal level of wider industry and business knowledge
  • Ensures the effective fulfilment of objectives and deadlines assigned on an individual and team basis
  • Adherence to agreed team KPIs, including but not limited to Practice Events, Educational Recruitment, Call Rate and Business Planning

About You

  • Proven track record of consistent on target performance in the Dental Industry or adjacent medical device/healthcare industries
  • Ability to build strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure usage of products and gain greater market share by focusing high value activity and selling
  • Manage the business within their defined geography in line with wider strategic objectives through the ongoing development of the team
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
  • Charismatic, ability to engage and build rapport with customers & team
