Scope

Delighted to be working in close conjunction with a UK-leading organisation operating within a highly specialist medical device sector (Audiology) which has continued to go from strength to strength due to technological advancements, consumer requirements and a real focus on product quality.

My client has been developing digital technology on a global scale at a level of high quality, this has forged their reputation as a world leader in manufacturing and delivering advanced medical solutions worldwide - we are currently recruiting for the highly prestigious position of Regional Sales Manager, covering a territory of the Midlands & Ireland.

Responsibilities

To ensure that UK sales are developed in line with the business strategic goals. To manage and oversee all commercial aspects of the Private Customer portfolio on territory.

  • To manage and develop the selling of my client’s device portfolio and accessories to the market – Independent businesses, national and mini national chains, our clients’ retail partners.
  • Work in close liaison with the National Sales Manager to forecast business levels and ensure delivery against agreed targets.
  • Identify new customers and opportunities.
  • Effective account management and competitive negotiation.
  • Attainment of company defined targets and expectations.
  • Provide management with details of competitor activity and market development on a regular basis.
  • To provide product training and support, fitting, fine-tuning and growing customers knowledge of clients’ product range.

About You

  • The successful applicant will ideally have a proven track record in device sales and demonstrable examples of working with a highly technical product portfolio, with exposure selling into the private healthcare markets.
  • We are looking for ambitious, career-driven professionals with a high commercial desire and aptitude to continue the business growth; this will require self-motivation coupled with the ability to effectively work on one’s own initiative.
