Due to continuous market growth, my close client is now seeking a conscientious, driven Optical Sales professional to join the high-performing team as a Regional Sales Manager in London.

  • To manage and develop the selling of my clients Lens portfolio to new and existing customers in the Optical market whilst building relationships with key independent practices, groups, small optical chains, and members of buying groups through offering the company's services and solutions that will enhance our client’s business.
  • Develop and maintain marketing plans for Independent and Retail Customers
  • Identify prospective customers and opportunities
  • Effective account management and competitive negotiation
  • Attainment of company defined targets and expectations
  • Provide management with details of competitor activity and market development on a regular basis

About You

  • Experienced Sales Professional with 3+ Years Minimum Optical Experience
  • Proven Business Development Skills & Awareness
  • Territory Planning & CRM Exposure
  • Excellent Presentation, Influencing & Training Skills
  • Positive, Resilient & Respectful Self-Starter

Ideally Qualified in Optometry
