Scope

Consult are working in close partnership with one of the most exciting private providers of Hearcare in the UK; with a realigned business model to help make hearing more accessible to the public, the e-commerce focus is allowing them to enjoy a significant period of business growth.

Due to significant growth plans, our client is now looking for a career-motivated Regional Sales Manager to join their growing team; managing a team of high-performing Audiologists throughout the North of England.

You will be remunerated with a leading financial package, company car or allowance and will work with a group of forward-thinking clinicians – this is a company who have adopted a modern way to deliver Audiology services, globally.

Responsibilities

  • Managing growth in sales and KPI performance
  • Management, coaching, mentoring of all direct reports
  • Recruitment and retention of direct reports
  • Ensuring cultural values in customer delivery are constantly applied
  • Control of operating costs and expense expenditure

About You

  • Outstanding People Management experience
  • Professional background in Audiology, Optics, Dental or Pharmacy would be advantageous
  • Proven managerial ability with growth potential
  • Ability to work on own initiative (remotely) to the best standard
  • Highly motivated, driven and success orientated
