  • Manage allocated region and implement sales strategies
  • New business
  • Account management
  • Report back to SLT with all assigned reports.
  • Maintain a personal level of product knowledge and competence in Dental and/or medical equipment.
  • Attendance to all national trade shows and company meetings.
  • Ensures the effective fulfilment of objectives and deadlines assigned.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies, practices and procedures.
  • Effectively coach and mentor junior team members, setting KPIs and providing reports to SLT.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to diverse customer audiences.

  • Pride in excelling and self-directed individual
  • Computer knowledge is required
