Regional Business Manager

Scope

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for an industry leading medical and healthcare organisation, focussing on driving new business within their Critical Care division.

Responsibilities

  • To drive sales and market share of the company Product Portfolio throughout a defined geography.
  • To develop, implement and deliver the sales strategy in a defined geographical region for the product portfolio.
  • To Maintain and grow the business to meet agreed sales targets.
  • To create new business/tender opportunities for product development, including retention and development of existing contracts.

About You

  • Desirable – Relevant degree or qualification in a profession allied to medicine or business qualification.
  • Desirable – ABPI qualification
  • Experienced sales professional
  • Healthcare background essential with extensive knowledge of the appropriate healthcare settings.
  • Experience of working within consumable sales and dealing with capital equipment.
  • Proven sales success in business development and strong customer relations.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Be able to demonstrate knowledge of European Tender legislation
  • Be able to demonstrate Knowledge of NHS purchasing routes, SHA and NHS Purchasing Consortiums
