Recruitment Coordinator

Scope

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment professional to join a global technology and innovation company who operate in over 100 countries.

The Recruitment Coordinator will be principally responsible for organising, co-ordinating and setting up interviews. This involves liaising with candidates, agency partners and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience and that tasks are completed professionally and within agreed timeframes.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing, preparing and posting job roles
  • Screening job applications against key criteria ensuring high calibre and diverse candidates are progressed to the interview stages
  • Managing a high number of live vacancies at any one time
  • Scheduling virtual interviews – reviewing calendars and checking candidate availability
  • Taking detailed feedback and responding to candidates in a timely manner
  • Working with approved recruitment agency partners where needed
  • Checking documents at interview stage and ensuring recruitment compliance at all times

About You

  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment preferred
  • Previous recruitment experience preferred
  • Experience of working in a multi-faceted complex organisation is desirable
  • Experience with MS Office products: Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams and Outlook; proficiency with Excel
  • Experience of working with an ATS (preferably Workday) would be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent phone manner and high level of attention to detail
