Quality Specialist

Our Client are a global, high growth diagnostics company focused on developing and commercialising assays for immunology and infectious disease. This position is responsible for maintaining the company's internal systems and assisting in equipment preventative maintenance process in conjunction with the relevant standards.

• Assist the role of Document Controller using the EtQ Reliance electronic Quality Management System (QMS) and other current systems.
• Assist the training specialist within the eQMS, run training metrics to ensure that employee training is completed within the required timescales and ensure training groups are up to date and relevant.
• Schedule and approve training courses within the eQMS.
• Performance of Document Control reviews to ensure that documents are mastered and periodically reviewed within the required timescales.
• Assist in Quality aspects of the company website control.
• Responsible for the review of equipment calibration and maintenance records as part of the equipment team
• Work with the Facilities and Equipment Coordinator to control equipment records within the QMS and maintain the system.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as necessary for the effective completion of the position requirements.

• Educated to at least undergraduate degree level or equivalent or have relevant experience within the field
• Previous experience of document control and/or equipment control
• Previous experience of software development an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Attention to detail
• Proven capability in working effectively and in applying initiative
• Proactive in identifying and investigation of issues and presenting potential solutions
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to handle multiple tasks effectively
