QMS Document Administrator

Scope

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Document Administrator to join a global technology company who operate in over 100 countries.

Working from home, you will be working in an administrartive role to support the quality management system. It would be ideal if you had similar quality/admin experience from a pharmaceutical, food or manufacturing background.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of the QMS documentation control process, including Standard Operating Procedures, Product Master Specifications, Technical Files documents in accordance with ISO 13485 2016.
  • The creation and maintenance of key documents and procedures.
  • Transfer and upload of key documents and procedures into the electronic documentation management system
  • Generate metrics and communicate at Quality Meetings
  • Prepare all rework protocols as required

About You

  • Excellent PC skills – Microsoft, word, excel, adobe, email systems, SAP
  • Well organised and structured approach to key tasks
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self motivated and flexible
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems
  • Understanding of ISO 1346 2016
