Production Maintenance Coordinator



This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Maintenance Coordinator to join a global technology company who operate in over 100 countries.

We are looking for a process orientated and customer focussed individual with experience in a fast production environment, such as a food industry background to join our manufacturing client as a production maintenance coordinator.

You will help meet production targets by doing activities such as managing stock, scheduling, ordering spares etc.


  • To coordinate maintenance activities in line with company goals and objectives
  • Health and Safety awareness will be amongst your main priorities, and Health and Safety guidelines should be actively adhered to and promoted
  • Coordinate Total Productive Maintenance activities with the Production Leader to ensure equipment reliability and performance
  • Develop and implement significant improvements in processes, procedures and systems, especially related to maintenance activities, spares management and downtime tracking
  • Improve the overall reliability and performance of plant, personnel and production equipment and processes.
  • Implement and sustaining stock management, inventory and budget control
  • Analysing data to fault find and develop prioritised improvement plans for the platform.
  • Document and train process and procedures using our SOP’s and training processes

About You

  • Ensuring production targets are met, optimise output & minimise defects
  • Coordinate Total Productive Maintenance activities
  • Manage spares stock; Stock accuracy, location & budget control
  • Schedule TPM maintenance activities and track schedule adherence
  • Track Equipment downtime; Repairs, failure mode and frequency
  • Strong knowledge of SAP desirable
  • Knowledge of stock management
  • Ordering of Spares and non-stock items
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Computer literate; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP
  • A team player with the ability to work with staff at differing levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to establish, assess and upgrade procedures and systems.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Versatile and a self-starter able to work without supervision.
