Responsibilities

  • This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
  • Build on the business strategy, plan for and implement creative, effective tactics that differentiate and acquire new providers and help grow existing providers.
  • Generate compelling, engaging content to support content - driven integrated strategy. Help identify the most effective communication channels to reach relevant target groups and help to feed these channels with the appropriate messaging.
  • Strategize and implement campaigns leveraging digital (social media, digital advertising, websites, email, etc.) marketing tactics.
  • Responsible for media plan, editorial calendar, and working on strategies with digital agency.
  • Develop materials, presentations and other marketing collateral for launches, campaigns and other marketing efforts such as meetings, tradeshows and events.
  • Create and maintain project plans to successfully move all projects forward in a timely, collaborative and efficient manner.
  • Actively solicit relevant input from members and stakeholders to develop new and vibrant marketing collateral.
  • Work with tradeshow manager and marketing communications manager to develop plans to generate memberships and leads at key tradeshows and events, attending larger shows and Symposia as necessary to drive marketing initiatives and engage members through social media
  • Monitor program success and ROI analytics and reporting.
  • Develop relationships with peers in the NAM headquarters to leverage ideas and materials, and align with overarching brand.
  • Be a strong brand ambassador ensuring all marketing collateral reflects and adheres to branding standards.
  • Develop, own and execute a digital marketing strategy that focuses on driving measurable results through the use of SEO/SEM, social media, web, video, paid channels and e-mail.
  • Evolve all current digital channels, implementing best practices and utilizing data and insights for continued evolution.
  • Drive the growth, engagement and regular maintenance of all social channels.
  • Build and embody the brand audience, leveraging followers and industry for insights, content, ideas and innovation to engage and foster stronger consumer engagement across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience through conversion points and optimization of user funnels.
  • Build, maintain and optimize marketing automation campaigns.

About You

  • BA/BS degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role developing content and implementing campaigns, either within a marketing department or at a marketing/creative agency
  • 2-4 years of experience with digital marketing and advertising
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM
  • Experience with social media channels
  • Experience with website CMS is preferred
  • Ability to operate both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a larger team
  • Good Microsoft Office and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to operate efficiently in in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Facebook publishing tool to publish organic and boosted posts is preferred
  • Experience using publishing and scheduling software (e.g., Hootsuite) is preferred
  • Previous experience with social media community management is preferred
  • Ability to edit simple graphics using Canva or InDesign
  • 2-4 years of marketing automation experience
  • Willing to learn digital Ad Management billing systems and report on Ad spend on a regular basis
