Product Marketer - Spare Parts



This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Marketer to join a global technology company who operate in over 100 countries.

This position is to manage the spare parts portfolio for product categories utilizing service and repair, ensuring that the correct spare parts are available for order and delivery to our authorized service centres in EMEA. Working closely with EMEA product managers and the service & repair team, this functional role is to implement the spare parts strategy they define.


  • Creation of SKUs in company systems and extension into EMEA regions.
  • Management of portfolio pricing.
  • Creation of spare part packs for existing products
  • Stocking strategy management.
  • Nonworking inventory management.
  • Implementation of discontinuation decisions.
  • Advise on safety stock levels.
  • Creation of spare parts lists.
  • Drafting, creation and publishing of spare parts communications.

About You

  • Minimum school leaver with 3 good A levels, international baccalaureate or equivalent.
  • HNC or HND desirable, bachelor’s degree an advantage. (Ideally within Marketing or Numerate Topic)
  • Good grades in GCSE Mathematics and English essential.
  • Must be capable of working systematically with close attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, time management, presentation, and planning skills
  • Self-starter with a 'can-do' professional attitude and ability as a completer-finisher.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, with an ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Familiarity with SAP an advantage.
