Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for initiating and driving integrated go-to-market launches, for the orthodontics and general practitioners’ businesses in the EMEA region.

Managing the existing product line-up, new product and innovation launches and driving marketing initiatives that strengthen our product utilization for our customers, in line with value proposition.

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a marketing or business related field.
• Ideally at least 5+ years of proven work experience in Product Management/Product Marketing at regional EMEA level
• Experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device industry desired
• Multi-lingual skills desired (business-level English mandatory)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Expertise in product management, ideally at regional level
• Hands-on self-starter with a growth mindset, who enjoys a fast-paced, fast-growing and always changing environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and competing priorities
• Strong analytical skills including comfort with data
• Strong ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally to achieve and deliver
• A passion for the product and continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent project management skills
• Availability to travel up to 30% the time
