Our client is a family-owned and run business, and they are looking to bring in a Principal Optometrist capable of inspiring a team, that is engaging with patients and can assist in the continual expansion and improvement of the business service.

As a senior member of the optical team, they are looking for someone that has completed an Independent Prescribing course, with further qualifications or specialisms will offer a significant advantage.

• Deliver ocular care for a range of complicated conditions
• Support the wider business in and out of clinics, including service delivery standards, induction processes and supervision
• Support clinical protocols through auditing, training and continued development taking appropriate action where required
• Be a role model of the company values
• Support the technical and clinical development of other Optometrists
• Confidently complete complex and non-routine clinical work
• Assist with the implementation of sub-specialty services

• Qualified Optometrist
• GOC Registered
• Additional Qualifications
• Driving license
• Right to work in the UK
