The Practice Development Manager has the responsibility of servicing the training, commercial and support requirements for a defined set of customers during a period of Maternity cover. This includes planning, organizing, and implementing virtual & Face to Face training and support activities related to the sale and distribution of the establishments consumables. This is a commercial role and will involve a high level of virtual customer support together with managing and triaging customer issues.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales quota results in the assigned territory though effectively developing Existing accounts
  • Supporting initial training & support, together with presentations and demonstrations to the customer on the safe and effective use of the Coolsculpting technology.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the customer in relation to basic treatment considerations, product orders and system usage.
  • Support & advise the customer with regard to CoolSculpting operations and address queries and issues.
  • Develop and maintain supportive, productive and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.
  • Participating in industry-related trade shows/meetings

About You

  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels of employees.
  • Ability to provide effective hands on clinical training to customers.
  • Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service and support to achieve practice integration of the CoolSculpting Procedure and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physicians, management and/or large groups. Ability to thoroughly understand and communicate the attributes and qualities of Company products using professional selling and closing skills.
  • Positive attitude and passion for working within the aesthetic field
  • Ability to use word processing and database applications, and various software programs such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Confident with running virtual presentations and meetings.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to analyze a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and interpret various abstract and concrete variables. Ability to read technical and clinical literature and documents and extract important concepts
  • Valid driver’s licence issued by the country in which the individual resides; good driving record.
  • Ability to travel adequately to cover territory including overnight stays, attend tradeshows, and corporate and training meetings.
  • Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with all local regulatory requirements
  • Travel will be required on a daily basis across the territory and occasionally off territory
  • Now and again, International travel is required to the Coolsculpting training centre in Barcelona, or to support at international congresses
